Cenium Hospitality ERP Connector is a Microsoft Add-on that provides a smooth integration between the Cenium Core Hospitality suite of solutions and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Cenium Core Hospitality suite of solutions is a stand alone platform to handle all the revenue streams at a resort or complex hotel property, or multiple properties. This includes Property Management System (PMS), Sales & Catering for conferences and meeting facilities, as well as Lifestyle solutions for Activities, Spa, Ticketing and Rentals.
With The Cenium Hospitality ERP Connector, you get full control and minimum hassle in the integration between the Cenium operational hospitality solution and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Specifically, this enables you to:
- Synchronize real-time Master Data between the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solution and Cenium PMS, Sales & Catering, and Lifestyle (Activities, Spa, Tickets and Rental) modules. This includes Items, Customers, Contacts and Currency exchange rates.
- Import finalized statements and sales documents, for example checked-out room reservations, into Microsoft General Ledger and Accounts Receivables. With an additional tracking-ID, this ensures traceability and full audit trails.
